Gracyn Sharpless brings over nine years of experience in property management, specializing in Medical Outpatient Facilities. She is recognized for her expertise in tenant relations, building operations, preventive maintenance and capital projects, and provides financial oversight with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.

Gracyn balances effective facility management with attentive service, implementing streamlined management systems and optimizing vendor partnerships to ensure safe, compliant and patient-focused medical environments while enhancing asset value. She is currently pursuing her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMA.

A University of Georgia graduate, Gracyn enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Stella, staying active through workout classes, exploring new restaurants and cheering on the Dawgs.
