Carly Biddenstadt is an Assistant Property Manager with three years of experience in healthcare real estate, where she supports building operations, tenant relations and day-to-day management with a strong service-focused approach. Before transitioning into property management, Carly worked as a hairstylist, a role that strengthened her communication, customer service and relationship-building skills—qualities she now brings to her work with tenants and stakeholders.

Outside of her career, Carly is a proud mom to her daughter and enjoys unwinding with her family. She also loves staying active through Pilates, which helps her maintain balance and energy in both her personal and professional life.
