Jolene Wilson

Throughout her 15-year career in property management, Jolene has overseen diverse local and national portfolios encompassing medical office buildings, traditional office, industrial, retail and single-family residential properties. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University. She is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, is a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) and is pursuing a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jolene’s dedication and leadership have been recognized industry-wide—she was named an IREM 30 Under 30 honoree, celebrating the next generation of real estate management leaders. In 2024, she received the Kingsley Excellence Award for her outstanding management of an outpatient medical portfolio with Healthpeak Properties, Inc. Jolene is an active member in both the IREM Dallas Chapter and BOMA Greater Dallas.

Outside of work, Jolene enjoys spending time with her children and exploring her creative side through crafting.
