Lauren Yurgens

With over 17 years of experience in property management, Lauren brings a comprehensive background across commercial and medical real estate, retail, and multifamily housing. She has worked extensively with healthcare systems throughout Michigan and specializes in strong lease negotiation, portfolio planning, and identifying and completing successful acquisitions and dispositions.

Lauren’s expertise includes developing long-term portfolio strategies, a focus on asset protection, and driving operational performance while maintaining a strong focus on tenant satisfaction. She is committed to building positive, lasting tenant relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she was also a full-time Division I student-athlete on the women’s basketball team. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Michigan. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, boating, and staying active.
